Sources Sought - F-15 Squadron Operations and Maintenance Support

The Department of the Air Force, 366 Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to identify potential sources and gather information on capabilities related to aircrew training, maintenance, and support services for an F-15 Flying Squadron. The goal is to build and sustain the capabilities of partner nations to operate and maintain F-15 aircraft effectively, thereby enhancing global security and cooperation. The industry partner will be responsible for providing operations and maintenance support necessary to operate and maintain F-15 aircraft. • The partner nation air force will provide pilots and aircraft, while the contractor will ensure the operational readiness of the squadron through comprehensive support services. • The contractor will be responsible for aircraft maintenance and logistical support, training and instruction, and delivering support staff to assist in training operations. • The contractor will provide qualified instructors to conduct pilot training, including qualifications, flight lead upgrades, and instructor certifications.
