MONACO Fire Alarm System Upgrade

The U.S. Army is seeking information from potential contractors for a sole source procurement of a MONACO Fire Alarm System upgrade. The requirement includes the removal and installation of two OEM-Authorized MONACO D-21 Fire Alarm System upgrades, operator training, and Preventative Maintenance and Inspection (PMI) Services. The system must be compatible with the existing Monaco fire alarm system network used on the installation. • The contractor must provide evidence of OEM authorization from Monaco Enterprises, Inc. • The contractor must have demonstrated experience with MONACO D-21 or equivalent proprietary fire alarm systems. • The contractor must have access to OEM proprietary tools, including firmware, software, diagnostic utilities, encryption keys, and technical data. • The contractor must be able to maintain UL life-safety certification and RMF compliance.
