Alameda County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive shuttle bus services for a three‑year term (with an optional two‑year extension). The contract covers provision of buses (model year 2016 or newer, 20‑passenger capacity, ADA‑compliant, equipped with GPS, bicycle racks, and safety features), qualified drivers, daily operations, route management, maintenance, cleaning, real‑time tracking, reporting, and customer service.
