Citywide Shuttle Bus Services

The City of Dania Beach is seeking one or more qualified vendors to provide on‑demand, air‑conditioned shuttle bus transportation for a variety of municipal needs, including public event shuttles, employee outings, and recreational program field trips. The contract will be awarded to a vendor that can supply a fleet of vehicles ranging from small passenger vans to 60‑seat motor coaches, staffed by licensed drivers who meet Florida CDL requirements, and that can meet ADA accessibility standards. Service must be reliable, on‑time, and compliant with all federal, state, and local safety regulations. Bids are to be submitted electronically by October 14, 2026, with questions due by October 7, 2026. • Provide multi‑passenger shuttle, school‑bus, or motor‑coach vehicles on an as‑needed basis across Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach counties. • Minimum of two shuttles per public event; additional units as event size dictates. • Drivers must hold a Florida CDL with Passenger endorsement and pass annual background and drug testing. • Vehicles must be clean, well‑maintained, air‑conditioned, and ADA‑compliant when required. • Vendor responsible for vehicles, fuel, maintenance, driver supervision, dispatch, and insurance. • Invoices submitted in ≤30‑day intervals; payment upon satisfactory completion of services.
