WATER SYSTEM CONTRACTUAL SERVICES

The City of Rockford is soliciting bids for comprehensive water‑system contractual services. The contract covers installation, repair, replacement, and abandonment of water‑distribution infrastructure, including valves, hydrants, service lines, and main lines.
