Montpelier Heat Plant Steam Water Treatment Addendum 1

The State of Vermont is seeking a contractor to provide water treatment services for the Montpelier Heat Plant. The contractor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive water treatment program, including chemical delivery, handling, and testing, as well as training and on-site testing kits for operators. The program must meet specific performance standards, including corrosion rates and heat transfer surfaces.
