The State of Nevada, Department of Human Services, is seeking a non-competitive contract with the Praed Foundation for a child and adolescent assessment, treatment planning, and outcome monitoring tool. The contract will include quality improvement testing, technical assistance, training, and customization of assessment indicators. The Praed Foundation is the only entity that holds the copyright for the CANS tool and provides the required services. • The contract term is from 07/23/2025 to 09/08/2031 • The total estimated value of the contract is $420,000 • The contract includes a train-the-trainer model to reduce the need for future technical assistance • The State of Nevada has used the CANS tool for almost a decade and has invested in its implementation and training
