Downtown Springfield Telecommunications Fiber Project

The City of Springfield, managed by the Lane Council of Governments, is seeking competitive sealed bids for the design‑build of a municipal fiber‑optic network. The work includes constructing underground ducts and vaults, installing both aerial and underground telecommunications fiber, and replacing existing aerial fiber with higher‑capacity cable.
