Tennessee State University is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive grounds maintenance and landscaping services for its campus facilities. The contract will cover routine lawn care, tree and shrub pruning, seasonal planting, irrigation system maintenance, weed control, and related landscape upkeep to ensure a safe, attractive, and well‑maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors.
• Services required: mowing, edging, fertilization, pest/weed management, pruning, seasonal clean‑ups, irrigation repairs, and occasional snow/ice removal (if applicable).
• Scope includes all university grounds, athletic fields, parking lot islands, and landscaped areas across the Nashville campus.
• Vendors must demonstrate experience with large‑scale institutional landscaping, possess appropriate licensing, insurance, and have a proven track record of timely, quality service.
• Proposals must be sealed, submitted by the extended deadline of 10/19/2026, and delivered to the university’s Procurement Services office.
• Evaluation will consider cost, technical approach, staffing plan, past performance, and compliance with university policies.
