Soyplus Dairy Feed

Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors to provide pricing for Soyplus to be fed to dairy cattle at the ISU Dairy Farm. The contractor must provide the goods or services in accordance with the RFP/RFQ documents. The university may reject any or all proposals and may request additional documents or proposal clarifications after the due date and time for proposal submission. The contractor must clearly state any exceptions to or deviations from the RFP/RFQ documents. Some key points to consider include: • The contractor must direct all questions and comments to the University Representative listed. • The contractor must identify all parties who will be involved with the performance of the contract. • The contractor must clearly state any exceptions to or deviations from the RFP/RFQ documents. • The university may investigate the ability of the contractor to provide the expected goods or services. • The university shall grant preferences to products and provisions grown and coal produced within the State of Iowa, unless an item is being procured with federal funds or granting the preference would violate applicable law.
