USCGC CALHOUN CHANGE OF COMMAND CEREMONY

The USCGC Calhoun is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to support the Change of Command ceremony. The ceremony will be held on the CALHOUN Flight deck at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center Pier Papa in North Charleston, SC. The contractor will be responsible for setting up and installing a 40' x 60' ceremony tent, tables, audio equipment, podiums, and folding chairs. The contractor will also be responsible for breaking down and cleaning up the party tent and furniture after the ceremony. • The ceremony is expected to have an attendance of 200 people. • The setup and installation should be completed by June 22, 2026, and the breakdown and cleanup should be completed by June 25, 2026. • The contractor should provide ample water bags/weights/drums to secure the tent and padding to preserve the flight deck. • 110V electrical power is available from the ship's power, and a stand-alone generator is not required for this event.
