Notice of Intent to Sole Source - GoTenna - FY26

The 181st Intelligence Wing, Indiana Air National Guard intends to pursue a single source purchase order for the acquisition of one goTenna Pro Deployment Kit 2 (PDK2), a self-contained 20 unit encrypted UHF mesh radio communication network and operating center. The kit allows for integrated storage and charging of all devices and operates without reliance on cellular, wi-fi, or SATCOM backhaul. • The goTenna Pro Deployment Kit 2 (PDK2) is a unique and highly specialized product. • The kit is a self-contained 20 unit encrypted UHF mesh radio communication network and operating center. • The kit operates without reliance on cellular, wi-fi, or SATCOM backhaul. • The acquisition is being pursued under the authority of FAR 12.102(a) due to only one source being capable of providing the required supplies or services at the level of quality required.
