Vehicle Washing and Detailing Service

The Research Triangle Regional Public Transportation Authority (GoTriangle) is seeking a contractor to provide vehicle washing and detailing services. The contractor will be responsible for washing and detailing approximately 25 paratransit vehicles on Saturdays and 25 staff/support vehicles on Sundays. The services will be performed on a bi-weekly basis, with the possibility of additional 40 FT bus services on an as-needed basis. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, equipment, cleaning materials, and water to perform the services. The contractor must also comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety, health, environmental, and security regulations. Some key requirements include: * Exterior cleaning, including washing, rinsing, and drying of all vehicles * Interior cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, and debris removal * Sanitization of all high-touch surfaces * Glass cleaning, including all interior and exterior windows * Providing all necessary training and supervision to ensure compliance with safety regulations * Maintaining consistent quality across all service dates and vehicle types * Ensuring minimal disruption to facility operations and adhering to scheduled service times.
