Nonpoint Source Program Data Management System

The State of Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality is seeking information from vendors for a Nonpoint Source Program Data Management System. The system should be a centralized repository for all grant and project data, with multi-user access, financial tracking, invoicing, and automated notifications. The current system is inefficient, with data housed across multiple platforms, including Google Drive, SharePoint, and WDEQ’s server. The ideal solution should improve workflow and data security. • The system should be able to track grants and projects, with robust budget and report tracking capabilities. • The system should allow for multi-user access, with varying degrees of permissions. • The system should have invoicing capabilities, with the ability to track invoices and generate financial reports. • The system should have automated notifications, to alert DEQ staff when subrecipients submit invoices and required reports.
