Water Master Plan Program: Program Management Consultant Services

The Metropolitan District (MDC) is seeking a Program Management Consultant (PMC) to provide services for the administration of all projects associated with its Water Master Plan Program (WMPP). The selected consultant will be responsible for managing the program, which includes multiple projects, for a period of three years with potential option periods. The MDC is looking for a qualified professional engineering firm to provide these services. The scope of work includes: • Providing program management services for the WMPP • Administering all projects associated with the WMPP • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Coordinating with MDC staff and other stakeholders • Providing regular progress reports and updates to the MDC The MDC is looking for a consultant with experience in program management, engineering, and water utility management. The selected consultant will be required to have a strong understanding of the WMPP and its goals, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
