Laundry Products Proposal Request

The State of Mississippi, Department of Finance and Administration, is seeking proposals from manufacturers for a non-exclusive, negotiated contract for laundry products. The contract will be effective from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. The proposal should include a comprehensive line of laundry products, technical support, and services. The manufacturer must provide a price list, internal catalog spreadsheet, and purchase summary. The proposal deadline is July 15, 2026. • The contract requires the manufacturer to provide ongoing technical support and services for all using agencies throughout the term of the contract. • The manufacturer must provide routine on-site service visits, emergency service response, and service coordination. • The manufacturer must ensure that all products meet or exceed applicable federal, state, and local regulations and safety standards. • The manufacturer must provide product labels, technical literature, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all proposed chemical products. • The manufacturer must comply with the State of Mississippi's Standard Terms and Conditions.
