Fort Wayne Utilities is requesting Labor and Equipment rates for contracting various types of labor for repairs to be performed on Utilities Facilities. Labor may include, but are not limited to new pipe runs, pulling electrical runs, switchgear work, instrumentation and controls, and small electrical projects.
