DCF Parenting Capacity Evaluation

The Department of Children and Families (DCF) is seeking proposals from bidders qualified to conduct culturally and linguistically competent and impartial parenting capacity evaluations. Approved bidders will form a pool of provider resources across the Commonwealth available to conduct parenting capacity evaluations in response to referrals submitted by one of DCF's 29 Area Offices. Key aspects of the job include: • Conducting parenting capacity evaluations in a culturally and linguistically competent and impartial manner • Submitting evaluation reports within 45 calendar days from receipt of referral, with possible extensions • Requesting extensions from the DCF referral source if the evaluation cannot be completed within the specified timeframe • Working with DCF's 29 Area Offices to respond to referrals • Providing services across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
