Description
The City of Waco is seeking a supplier to furnish and deliver liquid sodium hydroxide (caustic soda) for its potable‑water treatment facilities. The contract is split into two optional award groups—Group A (50% of the required volume for primary, year‑round use) and Group B (25% for optional cold‑weather or other operational use). The contractor must provide the chemical product, all transportation and delivery labor, transfer equipment, hoses, fittings, adapters, documentation, technical assistance, safety equipment, and any other materials or services needed to complete each delivery per the specifications detailed in Appendix D.
