Service Provider for SquareOne Community Resource Navigation

The County of Lancaster, Nebraska, is seeking a Service Provider for SquareOne Community Resource Navigation. The successful contractor will provide intake and triage services, operate with cultural sensitivity, and collaborate with other agencies. The contract term is 9 months with an option to renew for an additional year. The provider will be responsible for furnishing all personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services. The proposal should include a cost proposal, experience, and proposed staff management approach. • The provider must meet the minimum qualifications and experience listed in the RFP, including intake provided by qualified staff, triaging and assessing needs, and operating with cultural sensitivity. • The provider must demonstrate strength in de-escalation techniques and be knowledgeable about community resources. • The provider must be a strong collaborator and have experience in building management. • The provider must be able to train agencies housed within the building and coordinate schedules to respond to walk-in needs.
