The City of Clermont is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a cloud‑based location‑intelligence and foot‑traffic analytics platform for its parks, trails, facilities and open spaces. The solution must capture historic and real‑time visitor counts, origins, dwell times, and provide benchmarking, all via secure, anonymized data.
