Inmate Toiletries NDOC

The Nevada State Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Department of Corrections, is seeking vendors to supply inmate toiletries to various locations on an as-needed basis. The contract period will be from approximately May 26, 2025, through May 25, 2027. The State makes no guarantee of total quantities ordered. Some key points to consider: • The contract will be awarded to only one vendor. • FOB Destination pricing is being requested, and freight charges must be included in the unit cost. • Quantities specified in the bid are the Department of Corrections' estimated usage for two years. • Vendors must bid on all items listed in this solicitation. • The State will not accept bids for less than all listed items.
