On-Call Right of Way Specialty Services

The City of Santa Ana is soliciting firms to provide on‑call Right‑of‑Way (ROW) specialty services across five distinct areas: acquisition/relocation, property management, property appraisal, business goodwill appraisal, and furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E) appraisal. Each specialty area will be awarded an on‑call contract with a ceiling value ranging from $200K to $600K, and work will be assigned via task orders as needs arise.
