ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES ROEBLING MACHINE SHOP EXTERIOR REHABILITATION

The City of Trenton is seeking proposals for additional construction phase services for the Roebling Machine Shop Exterior Rehabilitation project. The project involves the rehabilitation of the exterior of the Roebling Machine Shop, a historic building located in Trenton, New Jersey. The selected proposer will provide construction administration services, including construction progress meetings, submittal review, and on-site representation. The project is expected to be completed within one year. • The proposer must have experience in historic preservation projects and must be licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey. • The proposer must provide a detailed plan for the construction administration services, including a schedule and payment milestones. • The proposer must also provide references and demonstrate successful experience on similar projects. • The City of Trenton reserves the right to reject any proposal that does not meet the requirements of the RFP.
