Ice Skating Rink

The City of Dublin is seeking a full‑service operator for a seasonal outdoor ice‑skating rink to support its Christkindlmarkt winter market. The contractor must supply, install, operate, and later remove a modular rink (minimum 40 ft × 80 ft), refrigeration system, Zamboni, lighting, staffing, and related amenities, while coordinating with city utilities and event schedules. Revenue from admissions and skate rentals belongs to the operator, who may propose a revenue‑sharing arrangement. The contract is initially for two years with the option for up to two additional one‑year extensions. • Provide modular ice‑rink infrastructure (piping, refrigeration, barriers, lighting, sound). • Manage installation (Oct 5‑12 2026), operation (Nov 18 2026‑Mar 15 2027), and removal (Mar 15‑Apr 1 2027). • Operate ticket sales, skate rentals, staffing, first‑aid, and maintenance for the duration of the market season.
