Printing-DHHS Aging Services Materials

The State of North Dakota is seeking bids for printing services for the Department of Human Services. The contract includes printing of several items, including Aging Services books, brochures, flyers, and booklets. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the printed materials within 10 working days of receipt of an order. The contract period is from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with the option to extend for an additional 12 months. • The bidder must provide unit prices and total prices for each item. • The bidder must affirm their ability to meet the delivery due date of 10 working days from receipt of order. • The contract includes requirements for paper stock, ink, finishing, and packaging. • The State of North Dakota reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part.
