RFP 26-08 July 4th Fireworks

The Town of Vienna is requesting proposals from qualified and licensed firms to provide an outdoor fireworks display for the Town of Vienna’s Independence Day Celebration on July 4, 2026. The contract has a renewable option for July 4, 2027, July 4, 2028, July 4, 2029, and July 4, 2030. The rain date is July 5th, and acceptable alternative dates are July 1-5, 2026. • The proposal should include the availability of the firm to provide a fireworks display on the specified dates. • The proposal should include a list of other dates that the firm is available, in case the primary date is not feasible. • The contract is for a non-professional service, non-technology category.
