STEP ONE: TRANSIT SERVICES OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to operate and maintain its transit services. The scope of work includes operating a fixed route transit system, managing a bus operations dispatch center, and maintaining a fleet of revenue vehicles. Proponents must have experience in operating large-scale transit projects and must provide evidence of their capacity to provide the required insurance. The contract term is a base term with options for extension. • The proponent must have experience in operating a fixed route transit system with a minimum of 1,000,000 annual service hours. • The proponent must have experience in operating transit services for large-scale events. • The proponent must have experience in managing a bus operations dispatch center. • The proponent must have experience in maintaining a fleet of revenue vehicles. • The proponent must provide evidence of their capacity to provide the required insurance. • The proponent must provide a statement of their experience and qualifications. • The proponent must provide references and contract history. • The proponent must provide a proposal that includes a cover letter, contract preparation, and evidence of good standing and authorized execution.
