Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (Crane) requires a qualified vendor to evaluate five non‑working G4DSP‑XD3 multiprocessor cards, determine repair feasibility, and, if approved, perform repair. The effort includes bench‑testing, forensic data extraction, hardware configuration documentation, and delivery of four required CDRLs (technical report, software test report, software product, and a Systems Security Plan). All work is performed under a firm‑fixed‑price sole‑source contract with Abaco Systems (UK) as the source of the hardware.
• Evaluate five processor cards (serial numbers 742, 744, 683, 734, 705) and produce detailed diagnostic reports.
• Optional repair of each card (BER possible) with delivery windows 30 Nov 2026 – 08 Feb 2027; options exercisable once.
• Provide secure data‑transfer media and comply with NIST SP 800‑171 security requirements (CDRL A004).
• All deliverables must be shipped FOB destination to NSWC‑Crane, IN, and invoiced through WAWF.
