J--Notice of Intent to Sole Source Modular Test Bed

The National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Lithos - Element3 for a plug-and-play modular skid-based test bed. This test bed will be used to evaluate and accelerate the deployment of emerging mineral extraction technologies. The anticipated period of performance for this requirement is delivery 24 weeks after award. • The test bed will be used to evaluate emerging mineral extraction technologies. • The test bed is a plug-and-play modular skid-based system. • The contract is expected to be awarded on a sole source basis to Element3. • The period of performance is 24 weeks after award.
