Investment Banking Services

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is seeking a pool of qualified firms to provide investment banking services. The selected firms will provide services related to the negotiated underwriting of new and refunding bonds issued by the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC). The services include assisting in the structuring of bond issues, reviewing and preparing documents, marketing and underwriting bonds, and providing remarketing services on variable rate financings. The contract period will be from the date of the fully executed agreement through an initial period ending September 30, 2029, with two one-year renewal options. Key aspects of the job include: * Providing investment banking services for MHTC bond transactions * Assisting in the structuring of bond issues * Reviewing and preparing documents * Marketing and underwriting bonds * Providing remarketing services on variable rate financings * Working as team members with MHTC's representative and designated staff * Providing specific professional services that result in a completed debt financing in the best interests of MHTC
