FY26 MDAR State owned Land Lease Opportunity- New Braintree

The Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources is seeking proposals for the agricultural use of approximately 15.9 +/- acres of state-owned land in New Braintree, MA. The land will be leased for a period of up to 5 years, with an option to renew for an additional 5 years. Eligible applicants include Massachusetts residents with an interest in or experience with commercial farming. The proposal should include a clear description of how the land will be used for agricultural purposes, a planting/growing/harvesting schedule, and a description of the growing practices to be used. • The land is located on W.
