Description
The State of Connecticut DAS is soliciting bids for Environmental Analytical Services to include Aqueous, Waste, Soils/Sediments, and Tissue Sampling and Testing for the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. The services required include laboratory analysis, acute and chronic toxicity studies, and testing of various materials for hazardous waste determinations. Key aspects of the job include:
• laboratory analysis to include but not be limited to saline water, fresh water, biological tissue, soil, sediment, groundwater, drinking water, waste water, air, hazardous wastes and sludge samples;
• acute and chronic toxicity studies for whole effluent samples, surface waters and sediments; and
• testing of various materials for hazardous waste determinations, including identification and characterizations of hazardous materials.
The estimated total for this project is $900,000.
