Budget estimate

$150,000 – $300,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Based on comparable federal AV courtroom upgrades, a 12‑month, single‑courtroom AV control‑system integration (hardware, programming, testing, documentation, and warranty) typically ranges from $150,000 to $300,000 depending on equipment complexity and labor rates. The low end assumes standard commercial‑grade AV gear and minimal custom programming; the high end reflects premium brand‑equivalent equipment, extensive custom touch‑panel programming, and full‑service warranty coverage.
