61--UNITROL 6800-Exciter HMI & Firmware Upgrade

The Bureau of Reclamation is procuring a firm‑fixed‑price contract to upgrade six ABB UNITROL 6800 excitation control HMI units at the Grand Coulee Dam. The upgrade replaces obsolete Windows XP/7 based HMIs with Windows 10‑compatible hardware and firmware, adds a new Compact Control Builder 6.0 software license, and includes on‑site technical support, installation, power‑up, and functional testing by certified ABB engineers. The effort must meet NERC‑CIP, NIST 800‑53, ISA‑99, and IEC 62443 cybersecurity standards and extend the life‑cycle of the excitation system.
