WELL 7 HIGH SERVICE PUMP UPGRADES

The Township of Winslow is seeking sealed proposals for the WELL 7 HIGH SERVICE PUMP UPGRADES project. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision required to complete the replacement and upgrade of the existing Well No. 7 High Service Booster Pump and associated motor rehabilitation. The project requires compliance with NJDEP requirements and NSF-61 certification for materials in contact with potable water. The contractor must also provide a one-hour test of the replacement pump to verify pump curve, performance, and efficiency. • Remove the existing motor and pump, including column assembly and appurtenances • Install a new high service pump, including pump bowl, column pipe assembly, and associated pumping appurtenances • Replace the existing vertically mounted electric motor • Replace the existing discharge head to match conditions of the existing discharge head • Complete a one-hour test of the replacement pump • Disinfect and test all new elements added to the system prior to placing the system online
