St Louis MEPS Noon Meals

The Mission Installation Contracting Command – Ft. Knox intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to provide noon boxed meals for applicants processing through the St. Louis, MO, Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). The period of performance is from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027, with two one-year option periods. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The contractor shall provide boxed meals (sub sandwiches) to applicants processing through the St. Louis MEPS. • The contractor must have a facility that has received a score of "A" or "B"; 85 or above, or "pass" in a health inspection. • The contractor must provide unit prices for the meals. • The contractor must have a written agreement with any subcontractors. • The contractor must provide a technical description of the meals and the facility. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
