This solicitation seeks proposals for the construction of a new United States Border Patrol Integrated Training Complex at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Artesia, New Mexico. The work will be performed under the Department of Homeland Security’s National Multiple Award Construction Contract (NMACC III) IDIQ, with a single task order award anticipated. Only pre‑approved, large‑contractors on the NMACC III Pool #1 are eligible to submit proposals. • Construction of a new training complex (building and associated facilities). • Work will be governed by the DHS NMACC III IDIQ contract vehicle. • Eligible respondents are limited to the ten pre‑qualified large contractors already identified by DHS.
