Fire Hoods

The City of Asheville is seeking bids for fire hoods for the Asheville Fire Department. The bid package can be obtained from the City's website or the Purchasing Office. Bidders are required to acknowledge and include any bid addenda with their bid response. The City has adopted the Asheville Business Inclusion Policy to encourage women and minority businesses' participation in the public bidding process. • The bid opening date is July 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM. • Questions are due by July 14, 2026, at 3:00 PM. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. • Bidders are invited to show proof of MWBE status and become certified with the City of Asheville as an MWBE vendor.
