Coding Reviews (CHS)

The Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences (OSU‑CHS) is seeking a qualified consultant to perform quarterly coding, billing, and documentation reviews of outpatient encounters, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and provide related education and consulting services. The work is performed off‑site with remote access to the institution’s Epic EMR, and includes statistical analysis, executive‑summary reporting, and optional training sessions. • Quarterly Evaluation & Management (E/M) audits – 80 unit audits per quarter (≈ 80 visits) covering multiple specialties. • Educational components – annual virtual CPT coding update and ad‑hoc targeted virtual trainings. • On‑demand consulting – hourly support for coding, documentation, billing issues, and optional clinical‑trials billing assistance. • Deliverables – detailed scoring/reporting, executive summary reports, and consultative review meetings. • Contract term – 1‑year initial period with up to four one‑year renewal options; annual price adjustment limited to CPI or 5 % of contract value.
