Benton County is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive architectural design services for a new Cyber Laboratory and associated office spaces located at 1300 SW 14th Street, Bentonville, AR. The scope includes schematic design, design development, construction documents, and coordination with engineering disciplines to ensure a secure, functional, and code‑compliant facility that supports advanced cyber‑security research and operations. Firms must be licensed, qualified to do business in Arkansas, and able to deliver detailed plans, specifications, and bid assistance. • Design of a specialized cyber lab with high‑security requirements (e.g., controlled access, EMI shielding). • Architectural planning for office spaces, meeting rooms, and support areas. • Production of construction‑document sets, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. • Coordination with civil, structural, MEP, and security consultants. • Submission of a Statement of Qualification by the June 12, 2026 deadline.
