66--Sources Sought Oil & Gas CoE Equipment Purchase

The U.S. Department of Energy, National Energy Technology Laboratory, is conducting market research to identify contractors capable of providing a servo-hydraulic, large bore triaxial system for petrophysical and rock mechanics experimentation. The system should be able to perform experiments on both natural rocks and man-made materials at reservoir conditions. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to solicit input and gauge interest among parties capable of providing such a system. The key requirements of the system are outlined in Attachment A to this Sources Sought notice. Interested parties are asked to submit a cover page and a brief statement of capabilities detailing how their company meets the requirements. Some of the key points to be included in the submission are: • Entity name, address, phone number, email address, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number, CAGE code (if applicable), and business size • A brief Statement of Capabilities detailing how the company meets the requirements • Specification of the small business classification: small business, small-disadvantaged business, woman owned, veteran owned, disabled veteran owned, 8(a) or HUB Zone
