RFQ 2026-40 Financial Services

The City of Holyoke is seeking proposals from qualified financial management and/or accounting firms to provide professional municipal financial reconciliation and governmental accounting services. The services will assist the Treasurers Office in resolving outstanding account reconciliations, staff training, completing Schedule A and balance sheet submissions. • The City is looking for a firm with experience in municipal financial reconciliation and governmental accounting. • The firm will be required to provide staff training and complete Schedule A and balance sheet submissions. • The firm will need to have experience working with municipal governments and be familiar with their accounting and financial procedures. • The City is looking for a firm that can provide professional and efficient services to assist the Treasurers Office in resolving outstanding account reconciliations.
