GENERAL NOTICE: Employee Flexible Spending Benefits Program

The Illinois Tollway is providing a public notice for the Employee Flexible Spending Benefits Program, which will provide a tax-advantaged program for Tollway employees to set aside a pre-tax portion of each paycheck to pay for out-of-pocket medical expenses. The contract has been awarded to P&A Administrative Services, Inc. for a five-year term starting from 03/01/2025. The program includes Flexible Spending and Commuter Benefits.
