The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) is seeking a qualified janitorial contractor to provide comprehensive cleaning services for its Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) Laboratory in Jackson, TN, under a three‑year, month‑by‑month contract. The scope includes routine daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning of all interior spaces (lobbies, conference rooms, breakrooms, offices, restrooms, and specialized lab areas), handling of bio‑hazardous waste, adherence to OSHA and state regulations, provision of all labor, equipment, cleaning supplies, and supervision. Work must be performed between 4:30 PM and 11:00 PM CST, with a 24‑hour cancellation notice for holidays.
