Lease of Municipal Facility - Lawrence Neighborhood Center

The Township of Lawrence is seeking a nonprofit organization to lease and operate the former Lawrence Neighborhood Center, a 14,695 sq ft municipal building, for community‑focused programs. The lessee will be responsible for day‑to‑day facility management, program delivery, utility payments, snow removal, and complying with extensive insurance and reporting requirements. The lease term is five years with two optional renewal years, and the township will provide $500,000 in federal grant funding for ADA‑compliant entrance upgrades and $2 million in state grant funding for other capital improvements, administered solely by the township.
