Lease of MCPS Holding Facilities: Grosvenor Center and Radnor Center

Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) is seeking qualified organizations to lease space in two currently vacant school facilities (Grosvenor Center and Radnor Center in Bethesda, MD) on a short‑term basis through June 30 2028, with the possibility of up to three one‑year renewals. Lease terms require a minimum rent of $15.50 per square foot, annual rent increases of at least 3 %, and compliance with MCPS policies, insurance, and financial responsibility requirements.
