Chemical Water Treatment

The University of Minnesota Facilities Management is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive chemical water treatment services for open cooling systems, closed hot and cold loops, and boiler systems across its Minneapolis and St. Paul campuses. The contract will cover chemical procurement, dosing, system monitoring, safety compliance, and ongoing maintenance. Proposals must include a detailed work plan, staffing plan, cost proposal, safety procedures, and references. Evaluation will consider technical approach, cost, qualifications, safety handling, and interview performance.
