Howard County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) services for its portfolio of solar installations, including rooftop, canopy, and ground‑mount systems across multiple county sites. The contractor will be responsible for daily performance monitoring, corrective and preventive maintenance, detailed inspections, warranty management, and optional ancillary services such as snow removal, mowing, and vegetation control.
