The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide a simulated Mass Causality Incident (MCI) Active Shooter Exercise at the Altoona VA Medical Center in Pennsylvania. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, supplies, equipment, materials, and disposal to conduct the exercise. The exercise will be conducted in accordance with the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP).
